Optional cost per person:
  • Over water Bungalow: US$600 per person per night with breakfast and lunch.
  • Beach Side Bungalow: US$ 500 per person per night with breakfast and lunch.
Deposit/Final Payment Policy:
  • A deposit of $1200 of the per person fare is required within 72 hours of booking to confirm a reservation. Unless otherwise noted, final payment must be received by 90 days prior to date of travel.
    Final payment must be received within 48 hours for bookings made 89 to 30 days prior to sailing.
    Reservations made 29 days or less prior to sailing; full and final payment will be due at the time of booking.
    PGC reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at final payment due date. Payment may be made by bank wire, personal check, American Express, Visa or Master Card.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received within 120 days of sailing will be subject to the following charges:
  • Deposited reservations canceled more than 120 days prior to vacation date: $100 per person administration fee applies.
  • 120-91 days prior to vacation date: 10% of fare per person.
  • 90 - 61 days prior to vacation date: 20% of fare per person.
  • 60 - 31 days prior to vacation date: 50% of fare per person.
  • 30 - 0 days prior to vacation date: 100% of fare per person

  • Flight Confirmations: Air program is based on economy class service. Airline tickets must be issued in the same name as it appears in the travelers passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the final date of travel. PGC reserves the right to change air flights or complimentary hotel overnights. PGC also reserves the right to select the carrier, routing and class of service on air/sea packages. Preliminary flight schedules will be available 120 days prior to departure. Final flight schedule will be included with final cruise documents. For airline seat assignments, special meal requests and the addition of frequent flyer numbers to an air record, please contact the airline directly. At time of final payment, 90 days prior to sailing, all air records must be finalized with: Travelers name as it appears in passport, date of birth and gender. Our air program requires we issue airline tickets at 75 days prior to the travel date. If we do not have this information at the time of final payment (90 days out), guests could be liable for obtaining their own flight arrangements and subsequently be responsible for the cost of their air travel.

  • Air Deviations: Requests for air deviations/custom air should be submitted by fax to our air/sea department no later than 90 days prior to sailing. If request requires a different air carrier, routing or class of service any additional air cost will be the responsibility of the guest. When deviating from our standard air/sea program, guest will forfeit any transfers, hospitality services and overnight stays that may be included in the standard air/sea or land programs. A $100 per person non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed for air deviations/custom air requests, this fee will be added to the cruise booking; guests will also be responsible for payment of any air differential fees as a result of the request

  • Final Documents: Final cruise documents will be released 30 days prior to sailing if final payment has been received on all group bookings and if the required guest information has been received on all bookings. For bookings made within 30 days, guests will only have the option for electronic documents. Requests for paper documents w/in 30 days of sailing a $15 processing fee will apply; Additional fees may apply for express mail.

  • Travel Protection Plan Travel Protection is highly recommended: Complete details on terms and conditions are fully presented in the Certificate of Coverage found at www.tripmate.com/wp426p or by calling the plan administrator TripMate at 800 888 7292 and refer to plan number 426P. Once paid, the insurance premium is non-refundable.
