For that reason, Travel Universe Inc. cannot be responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. Travel Universe Inc. cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms,rental cars or other services. You acknowledge that upon receipt of payment by third party provider, provider accepts the passenger subject to the terms of the provider contract. Travel Universe Inc., in providing travel management services, does not guarantee or insure the services which are provided by an external supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. In the event that a supplier defaults prior to providing the service to you where a payment has been made, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any or from other responsible third party unless such was caused by Travel Universe Inc., In those situations in which a supplier defaults prior to providing services you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for a refund, as permitted by law or statute.
Except as expressly stated herein, Travel Universe Inc. assumes no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of Travel Universe Inc. or its employees. Travel Universe Inc. is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. Travel Universe Inc. shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or equipment or accommodations for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.
Travel Universe Inc. acts as a service bureau that provides value added service to retail travel agents and consumers.
Travel Universe Inc. has no control over and assumes no liability for the actions of the suppliers from whom it obtains travel products.
Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty involved for refunds. We do not have control over printed prices on the tickets, although some tickets may have BT (Bulk fare) printed on them, some may have a specific value on them, which may be different (lower or higher) than the fare collected.
Discounts offered may vary depending on a number of factors including Airlines utilized, class of service, destination, time of year (low, mid or high season), advance notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled and flight load.
Travel Universe Inc. does not guarantee, endorse, validate or promote other advertiser products and services that are advertised on this web site.
3. Services and Content
We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our Site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and system outages. We cannot promise that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. We assume no liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption or downtime.
Travel Universe Inc. does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties thereof, either express or implied, are disclaimed. In no event shall Travel Universe Inc. be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or any special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of this site, even if Travel Universe Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that your state or territory does not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusions may not apply to you. You should not take any action based on information on this Site until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. We send confirmations within 24 hours of your Booking. The purchase of travel arrangements through this site constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. The confirmation contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior confirmations or understandings between you, Travel Universe Inc. and the other parties on all subjects in any way related to the transaction, purchase or occurrence described in this confirmation. No oral understandings, statements, promises or inducements contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this confirmation exist. This confirmation and the understandings and agreement it describes are not subject to any modification, waiver, or addition that is made orally. Online Transaction Booking Fees
On all airfare purchased, Travel Universe Inc.
may charge a non-refundable booking service fee
ranging from US$5.00 to US$25.00 for each air only transaction depending on
several factors such as, number of carriers, origin or destinations. To the
extent any transaction service fee applies, it will be included in the total
price. This fee will be charged for each ticket purchased. This fee applies to
all tickets. This fee may appear as a separate charge on your credit card
Online hotel booking service fees - $35* per night, per room, Online car rental booking service fees - $15* per rental, Online vacation package booking service fees - $50* per person. All transaction service fees are 100% non-refundable.

Exceptions to the Service fees policy:
Multi Stop Airfares, High Fraud/High Risk Cities, Foreign Origination.
Business and First Class Airfares - Service fees are up to $150 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Multi Stop Airfares - Service fees are up to $100 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
High Fraud/High Risk Cities - Service fees are up to $50 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Foreign Origination (Originating outside the US or Canada) - Service fees are up to $50 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
Service Fees - No representation is made for the service fees charged. It is only for site usage and booking creation. For phone booking fees as well, there is no representation or warranties except for using our phone agent’s assistance in searching various airfares and other travel products and making the booking. Service fees may change at any time and the most updated fees may not be reflected here. The total price during the check out phase reflects the actual service fee. It may be more or less than listed here. You have the right to not make a purchase if the total price is not acceptable to you.

Changes to Flights already purchased
Any and all changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; all our tickets/hotels/cars/packages/cruises do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. Travel Universe Inc. does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request.
For any itineraries where changes are permitted, an exchange/change fee is charged by Travel Universe Inc. plus airline penalties and any fare difference. Please contact customer service to determine the total cost of exchanging your ticket. In addition to the airline penalties and fare difference, we charge an exchange/change fees. Our Ticket Exchange fees (not including airline fees and not including fare difference)

Cancel And Exchange
All airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase with travel on the same airline. An applicable penalty and a fare difference (if any), will be added in these cases. Usually the credit is valid with time constraints and a specific expiration date and should be discussed with a customer service agent. All such bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our customer service center. We do not guarantee any cancellation. A cancellation fee of $50 per person per ticket must be paid to us at the time of canceling the booking. We retain this fee. The credit will be held for a limited time period, please ask the customer service agent for the specific date by when you must use this credit or you will lose the credit amount. When you are ready to make the new booking, you will have to the pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties for that fare and Travel Universe Inc.'s exchange fees. All such changes are governed by the airlines’ rules and regulations. Travel Universe Inc. does not provide any representations or guarantees on changes or fees. If you are cancelling the booking and applying for a refund please read our Refunds Policy. Read more about our Change policy if you wish to exchange the tickets for new dates or routing.
Domestic Travel = US and CANADA
No additional representation is made for our exchange fees except that an agent will assist you in locating your desired new flights and attempt to re-book the new flights based on availability and other factors.
Cancel And Refund
All of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:
You have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds
You are not a “no show” (most “no show” bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing)
We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this cancellation and refund
We are still unable to provide a specific time line it may take for this refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in a sequential format. Once you have provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request, we will then send you an email notification that your request has been received. This notification does not automatically qualify you for a refund. This only provides you with an acknowledgement of your request and provides you with a tracking number. Upon receipt of your request we will work with the suppliers’ such as airlines, hotels, car-rental companies to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and we will then notify you of the supplier decision. Please note that we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund. This entire process may take 60-90 days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement. Apart from the airlines and other suppliers refund penalties, Travel Universe Inc. will charge a fee for processing this refund ranging from $100.00 – $300.00. All refund fees are charged on per ticket per person basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If such refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund you our fees that may have been charged to you for such processing.
Discount of Airfares
In accordance with the US Airline Deregulation Act, Open Sky Agreements, and subsequent codifications, discounting on air tickets is now legal. Due to our large volume, and numerous purchasing sources, we are allowed to bring you many published air fare prices for less than the carriers' published price. The value of discount may vary based on fare type, availability, seasonality, referral source and destinations.
7. Human Error
If any of our agents make a mistake or any other human error is made in the booking process we shall make reasonable attempts to rectify these errors at the time of occurrence. Travel Universe Inc. stands committed to providing compensation up to a maximum of the entire service fees that Travel Universe Inc. has collected for that booking. You must notify us of errors within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. Beyond this 24 hour period, Travel Universe Inc. will not be responsible for these errors.
8. Limitations of Liability/Disclaimer
Information contained in the Site (including text, graphics, links or other material) are provided on an "as is," and "where available" basis. Travel Universe Inc. makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, to you or another person or entity as to the accuracy, results, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose with respect to the Site or any related materials, products, services, or information. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on the Site, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio, or other information from the Site. In no event shall we, and/or our providers or distributors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of or are in any way connected with the use, or the inability to use, the Site or the services or materials on the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability, or that of our providers or distributors, exceed the total charges set forth in the itinerary giving rise to any such liability. Any claim or cause of action arising from, or relating to, your access and use of, or purchase of products and/or services from, the Site must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or purchase was completed. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Your use of the Site shall be at your own risk. We are acting as an intermediary or as an agent for providers of travel-related products and/or services by promoting, selling or accepting reservations or bookings for such products and/or services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, travel insurance, etc.).
All Users agree to protect and indemnify Travel Universe Inc., its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:
a. you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or
b. by third parties as a result of
your breach of these Terms and Conditions, notices or documents referenced on the Site;
your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
your use of the Site
10. Terms and Conditions of Travel Services
Air Reservations and Bookings
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of booking imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal. A supplier that is an air carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage, and we make available the fare rules for all air carrier tickets before booking.
The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (booking two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (booking tickets including segments which the booker does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the booker's credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your bookings abide by the terms and conditions of bookings imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including terms and conditions of booking set forth in an air carrier's fare rules or contract of carriage.
Neither Travel Universe Inc. nor the FAA, nor any provider of air traffic data makes any promises or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any delay or other air traffic management information on this site, and Travel Universe Inc. and the FAA expressly disclaims liability for any errors and omissions.
Hotel Reservations Rules & Regulations
You acknowledge that Travel Universe Inc. pre-negotiates certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by Travel Universe Inc. and the facilitation fee retained by Travel Universe Inc. to compensate us for our services. You authorize Travel Universe Inc. to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, service fees, and where applicable, taxes on Travel Universe Inc.’s services. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Travel Universe Inc. for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Travel Universe Inc. to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.
Prepaid Reservations are charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This charge includes Full Base Amount (room only) of the reservation. Resort fees, energy surcharges and cleaning fees, may be charged on a daily basis. They also will collect for incidentals such as meals, movies, games, wet bar, parking, and phone calls. Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking.
Some hotels will require a voucher at check-in. Travel Universe Inc. will send the voucher to the email address supplied to us when your booking was made. It is always recommended you have a copy of your email confirmation with you at check-in.
Book Now, Pay Later Reservations use your credit card to hold your reservation until you arrive for check-in. Travel Universe Inc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that you confirm Book Now, Pay Later reservations directly with the hotel, no sooner than 24 hours prior to check-in. On some non-prepaid hotels, hotel companies require a deposit up to the full amount of the stay. These rates are usually non-refundable, with no modifications allowed.
Photos of the hotel and information provided regarding the service, amenities, products, etc. have been provided to us by the vendor. Travel Universe Inc. accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any changes that the vendor has not updated.
Specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply a request and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified by the hotel. While most hotels will strive to honor your requests, neither Travel Universe Inc. nor the hotel will guarantee that your request will be honored.
Pet Policies -
It is very important that you confirm directly with the property that they do, indeed, accept pets. Travel Universe Inc. accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for an individual property's pet policy. You must call the hotel directly to confirm pet policies, including pet restrictions on breeds.
Some hotels offer an Airport Shuttle as an extra service. You should always contact the hotel prior to check-in to find out availability and pricing. Booking Bonus’ that are offered by the hotels, such as free breakfast, tours, etc. are all subject to change and availability and are controlled by the hotel directly.
Meal Plan simply means the sort of dining arrangements that you have selected for your hotel stay. For example you may have selected a hotel which cooks all your meals for you and which are included in the price. Or, you may have selected an apartment with cooking facilities, which means you arrange your own meals. Meal Plan meanings and abbreviations are as follows:
Room Only (RO) means that no meals will be included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/vacation package.
Self-Catering (SC) means that no meals are included in the cost of your accommodation/vacation package, but you will be provided with catering facilities in your accommodation to cook light meals.
Bed and Breakfast (BB) means that breakfast is included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/vacation package.
Half Board (HB) means that your breakfast and evening meal is included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/vacation package. In some cases you can choose to receive lunch instead of breakfast - the hotel will confirm this upon arrival.
Full Board (FB) means that breakfast, lunch and evening meals are included in the price you have paid for your accommodation/vacation package.
All Inclusive (AI) means all meals and locally produced drinks are included (until midnight, when a cash bar system may operate. This may vary depending on the accommodation). You may also be entitled to entertainment and non-motorized water sports laid on by your hotel.
No Shows, Refunds, Changes and Cancellations
A No-Show is when you fail to show up to check-in for your reservation without prior notification. If you are not going to check in for your reservation you will need to contact the hotel directly. Depending on the hotel restrictions you may be charged penalties or lose the entire amount of your booking.
No refunds will be issued for unused room nights due to early departures.
Any changes or cancellations should be requested by calling customer service. We understand that sometimes plans change. You may still be subject to change and cancellation fees that our lodging suppliers impose and require us to pass on, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the reservation. Hotels, vacation properties, condominiums, bed and breakfast and other suppliers may impose their own change and/or cancellation fees. Change and cancellation requirements and penalties vary by supplier. Check your booking confirmation for details. Cancellations or modifications to the reservations may be subject to Travel Universe Inc. cancellation fees in addition to fees charged by the property. These terms and conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of Travel Universe Inc..
You agree to pay any supplier required cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations. We reserve the right to be indemnified by you in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by us as a result of any cancellation for any reason.
The hotels may take 24 hours to return a confirmation number. The process starts when you book the hotel. We will send you an email stating that your reservation is confirmed. This is to let you know that we have received your request. If you do not receive any email communication from Travel Universe Inc. please email firstname.lastname@example.org
include the confirmation number and a contact phone number. We suggest you to reconfirm your hotel reservation 24 hours prior to check in.
In many cases, the hotel will not receive the actual guest name until 72 hours prior to arrival. Your reservation is secured and guaranteed once you have received the Final Confirmation Email and or Voucher. We recommend you contact the property within three days of your scheduled arrival to confirm your details.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York County, New York, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site.
Travel Universe Inc. reserves the right to change any aspect of this site, or to modify, add, or cancel any of these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by whatever terms and conditions are in effect at the time of your use and your purchase of travel arrangements.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The foregoing terms and conditions and the confirmation describing your purchase of travel arrangements represent the entire agreement between you and Travel Universe Inc..
